» Do you operate a Rome airport transfer service?

Yes we do, please make a request at the Booking Extras stage when you book online.

» Is breakfast included?

Full continental buffet breakfast is served every morning from 7am.

» What time is check-in and check-out?

1pm and midday respectively, but you're welcome to leave your luggage in our care if these times are unsuitable.

» How can we book a room with a balcony or private garden?

Leave a request when you book a room and we'll do our best to accommodate you. If there are no such rooms available we'll get back to you. Bookings may be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours before you arrive.

» How is my booking guaranteed?

Your booking is guaranteed by your credit card, which will be charged the first night of your booking if you fail to show up.

» Is booking secure?

Yes it is, we employ the same security protection as most internet banks to avoid internet fraud.

» Will you accept a company voucher?

No, sorry.

» Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept all the major credit cards.

» Do you have disabled facilities?

Yes we do. All four floors are served by lifts and any special requirements may be requested when booking.

» Does the Warmth Hotel have an in-house restaurant?

Yes we do.

» Do you have parking facilities?

Yes we do and it is Free of Charge.

» Does the Hotel Warmth Hotel have a bar?

Yes we do, an American Bar, serving a fine selection of cocktails, spirits and beers.

» Can we organise tours of the city through the hotel?
